Bill Clinton was once caught trying to sneak out of the White House - apparently to visit a mistress - by hiding under a raincoat in the back of his personal lawyer's car.
The former president was stopped by a Secret Service officer at the gate who inspected lawyer Bruce Lindsey's vehicle and was shocked to see Clinton inside.
Lindsey pleaded to be allowed to pass but the uniformed officer held firm and radioed for backup. The officer said: 'You better get me some help here.
'I just caught Bruce Lindsey trying to drive out with the President with a raincoat over his head'.

Bill was sneaking out to get lubed.
Hillary was in the Bimbo Eruption Room in the WH (financed with our tax dollars) telling the team what a saint her husband is.
Anyone would do the same to get away from Hillary.

That’s almost hard to fathom, the dereliction of duty involved.
Bill used to do this so he could go jogging early in the morning. One time he was out and he happened to pass a hooker who was looking for business.
Of course, he stopped to find out what she charged. She told him $200. He said “That’s too much, I’ll give you $20”.
She replied “Get lost, you cheapskate”, and he went on his way.
The next morning the same thing happened.
On the third morning, Hillary went out jogging with Bill. They passed by the same hooker, and not wanting to start a fight with Hillary, he ignored her.
As they passed by she called out to him “See? That’s what you get for 20 bucks!”
He was just going out for a Big Mac - it’s not the same if it sits in a bag for 20 minutes.

Allegations also point to Bill sneaking away from the Secret Service to take a ride on the infamous Lolita Express with Kevin Spacey to a remote island owned and operated by Jeffrey Epstein. Don’t know if this was going on while he was in office. May have been after.

IIRC, the tunnel is located under an unguarded shack.
That's groovy that the POTUS wants to go out and mingle with common folk and all without security, but FFS, he could have been easily assassinated.
Even Joy Behar would find that mildly unacceptable.
