Well, I have made progress just by turning my phone off and on several times. Now the only thing I cannot do is text. The ‘pay Apple $28’ screen only comes up when I try to text. Any specific ideas about this problem?

Any specific ideas about this problem? Call 1-800-MY-APPLE and tell them about this PAY Apple $28 issue to get a free service. Something is wrong.
