Gene Simmons is being sued by a woman who says the Kiss bassist groped her and made “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances” during an interview she conducted last month, according to legal documents obtained by TheWrap.

The radio and television broadcaster (identified as “Jane Doe”) is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, battery and assault.

But remember, the south does not get to claim country AND western music exclusively. After all it's half western cowboy music.

The seventies had few bright spots if you ask me.

Agreed.

Bullcrap. She’s a groupie. People at the radio station would have killed for that interview chance. You don’t wind up interviewing Gene Simmons by happenstance.

She’s a gold digger and i hope she gets slaughtered by his VERY capable legal team.

...

From what I’ve read he has his “partners” sign a contract before any activity.

The sad thing is nowadays, anything that isn’t rap, sounds like Country music in comparison.

Or as Tom Petty said, “Modern Country music is just bad rock with a fiddle.”

I have to admit to loving a few Taylor Swift songs, but yes, what in the world happened to real country?

If Tom Petty didn’t get the message that Stevie was interested in him from this video, something was wrong!

Haha, right?

I forgot what a sexy little number Stevie Nicks was. Though I always hated how she dressed like a witch. She could have been so much hotter.

Thanks for the video.

It's about a KISS guy so you qualify.

There is no penalty.

If my mother chanced to walk through the room when that video was on MTV she would say, “What? Is she going to eat him?”

Well, they were lip synching, so she had plenty of time to work n her eyes and body language.

If I were Tom Petty, I'd have totally took her up on it. She did seem to have a thing for skinny, dorky guys.

I’ve always wondered if he just got tired of her and wrote “Don’t Come Around Here No More” to her.

After Lindsey, it was all downhill for Stevie.

I think Tom was wise to stay away from her, although I’m sure theirs’ was a “Friendship with Benefits”.

Hmmm, interesting theory. He was obviously talking about someone.

And yea, she did fall. I think she needed somebody to guide her through life. Sort of like how Cher went mental after she left Sonny.

It was about Stevie, but not with Tom:

From Wikipedia:

The original inspiration was a romantic encounter that producer David A. Stewart of Eurythmics had with Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac.[1] On The Howard Stern Show, Stewart explained that the title’s phrase was actually uttered by Nicks. She had broken up with Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh the night before,[2] and invited Stewart to her place for a party after an early Eurythmics show in Los Angeles. Stewart did not know who she was at the time, but went anyway. When the partygoers all disappeared to a bathroom for a couple of hours to snort cocaine, he decided to go upstairs to bed. He woke up at 5am to find Nicks in his room trying on Victorian clothing and described the entire scenario as very much reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland. Later that morning, she told Walsh, “Don’t come around here no more.”
