Greeneyes... I just did a new recipe with leftover ham made into a wonderful soup/chowder.. yesterday. If you would like the recipe... I am happy to post or pm it to you. The family ADORED it! It’s hard to find something she likes. This type of ham is the only kind she likes. The boneless hams, or the deli hams, or the canned hams are a no go. So for the holidays, I usually make up a ham and slice it for her.
