A doctor, especially of this caliber, would likely NOT do something like this at home, for his 11 YEAR OLD daughter to find him.
He would likely do this at the hospital, in a bathroom, with some sort of overdose.

In the letter posted on Wikileaks the doctor said they set up a hospital in Haiti but had NO security support from NYPD or FDNY.
Whe would those departments even be there?

Someone is speculating that Hillary is still wearing the medical boot to cover up an ankle bracelet and they don’t mean one made out of gold. They say she has already been “arrested” and is being monitored with the ankle bracelet hidden by the medical boot.
