So if you have lots of kids, you get a check from the government once a year to subsidize you? Above and beyond any social welfare programs that already exist providing you help?

Refundable against payroll taxes (i.e. Social Security tax, etc). Given all the different things being proposed, I don’t think the tax preparer community is in danger of losing any business.
