You are kidding me right? He basically is asking for a handout for folks who’s tax bill is less than the Child Tax Credit?????
Refundable against payroll taxes (i.e. Social Security tax, etc). Given all the different things being proposed, I don’t think the tax preparer community is in danger of losing any business.
