I was running down the stairs in heels with a cup of coffee in hand, I was talking over my shoulder and my heel caught and I fell backwards
You’d REALLY have to suspend reality to swallow that story..........sheesh

Give her some scissors to run with.

What was it she said about and to Petreaus’ face in a hearing about the surge in Iraq? You got close - “willing suspension of disbelief.” She should know! I don’t know who wrote her lines for her but she really needed to find someone different...she is/was never believable! It wasn’t long before or after that when I read that she and Petreaus were drinking buddies! I thought it was a big slap in the face for a U. S. Army General but he didn’t blink! Afraid of her? Apparently!
“”Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.), frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008, opened her questioning of Petraeus and Crocker with the standard “I honor you for your service.” And then she let the two of them have it.
“You have been made the de facto spokesmen for what many of us believe to be a failed policy” in Iraq, Clinton said. “Despite what I view is your rather extraordinary efforts in your testimony both yesterday and today, I think that the reports that you provide to us really require a willing suspension of disbelief.””
