I would add taking photos of a 20 year old naked who is not related to you as long as it’s not clandestine is not a crime.
If he did it he did. No BS about bringing it up for the rest of his miserable life. Whenever Michael Vick winds up in the public eye again the dogfighting will be mentioned, because that’s part of his story. Dylan didn’t have a say in whether or not that try to convict Woody, she just got to be the victim. No reason for her to be silent.

But as you see dozens of celebrities are being accused of things decades ago which should have been acted upon then. The mother had shot at this to help her kid and said no. As far as I’m concerned that killed it at the time. I have a ten year statute of limitations to things I want to hear about. I question the motives of people who bring up really old behavior agains powerful men. I do it for trump, moore, and allen the same.
Having known people who’ve been victims of abuse you 10 year statute is pure crap and victim blaming. The fact of the matter is it’s a traumatizing experience, people don’t want to relive it. Add to the fact all the people that won’t believe you, and will go so far as to blame you. Silence has its own reward. But that doesn’t change the facts on the table. And the facts on the table are that there’s every reason to believe Allen is a child molester. And Trump has admitted to some (unfortunately typical for celebrities) bad behavior. The Moore accusations don’t pass the sniff test, any time Allred is involved bet the under. I believe Jaunatia, I believe Dylan, and I believe my friends who’ve been in similar situations and took a long time to build up the courage to speak.

A couple of years ago, Mia decided to tell the world that Ronan is really Sinatra's son. He isn't; he's Woody's biological son. Sinatra had long ago had a vasectomy, was happily married and wasn't anywhere near Mia, when she was impregnated with Ronan.
So now, 25 years later, Ronan, Dylan, and Mia are again bringing it all up, yet again?
By now, both Dylan and Ronan, who were 7 and 4, back then, and this has been pounded into them for all of these ensuing years, I'm sure that they believe it all to be true. Mia knows better, but is a nasty, vindictive, grudge carrying nut case, she's using these two, yet again. Mia is the one who has abused her kids...mentally.
all of these accusers need to be subject to a statute of limitations. I prefer 10 years.
Basic concept of justice is that if you did it you did it, 10 years of silence does not absolve them. And remember Dylan was only 17 when your artificial clock stopped.

NBC, as is their wont, altered the tape of him, which was ILLEGALLY taped to begin with!
The woman who crawled out from under a rock, who said that Trump molested her, is lying! Her parents are extremely wealthy and had this happened, they could easily have sued Trump, way back when. They did NOTHING!
The woman with the plane story is a liar, whose story has been disproved by eyewitnesses.
The contestant is claiming that he "looked at her". THAT ISN'T A CRIME!
And there are NO "facts" which "prove" that Woody ever did anything untoward, to Dylan.
OTOH...the Cory Feldman and Cory Haim stories were taken to the police, at the time, but the police refused to even investigate.
The Moore stuff is political and they are being paid!

If you kill someone: A charge of murder can be made at any time.
Fraud and embezzlement: You will be looking over your shoulder forever.
War Crimes: If you commit a series of crimes against humanity - a la Slobodan Milosevic - then you will never be forgiven just because you have lived a long happy life.
Kidnapping: Do not think you can get away with taking someone’s children.

Not paying back your federal student loans. The power to collect on defaulted student loan debt is vast. It is virtually without limit. Yes...I think you’re right about the McMartin case.
Which ones? Off the top of my head I can think of half a dozen day care center molestation stories.
