Due to a Supreme Court ruling in Giglio v Untied States the case is totally tainted and should be thrown out with prejudice as Flynn and his lawyer were not notified that Strzok was let go due to his massive conflict of interest. It also means that Mueller and the others could be disbarred and prosecuted for withholding evidence.
What would Flynn’s next step be? To whom would he file an appeal?
And, if denied that appeal, does he have further recourse?
