Makes absolutely no sense! I own a small store and I am required by Federal Law to provide a safe work place for my employees, never mind the fact that I also care about their safety. If my store was in a high crime area, I’m going to make every effort to protect my people, my property, and others on my property.
In the absence of an explanation, it would seem to many that they’re trying to force them out of business by endangering them.
