Somewhere I think in NC there as a waffle house on both sides of the interstate at the same off-ramp. Can’t remember exactly.
30-ish years ago, there were Waffle Houses on 3 of the 4 quadrants of the intersection of I-85 and Clairmont Road in Atlanta. I’m sure there were others thus. They used to be a bit of a real estate play as well.
