TRENTON, N.J. A New Jersey medical board has temporarily suspended the license of a doctor who was accused of behaving erratically and possibly being delusional.
The complaint says Worosilo tried for more than 40 minutes to perform an epidural injection on a patient while repeatedly asking an X-ray technician what she should do next.

More details in this article. Very scary that she was allowed into an operating room when her erratic behavior had already been noted by her colleagues.
Sounds like mental illness of some sort. Props to her fellow doctors for filing the complaint.

After about 5 minutes I think I would have suggested that she go practice on someone else.
15 minutes is a lifetime with a needle in your spine.
