Fox News Channel host Jeanine Pirro (juh-NEEN' PEER'-oh) has been issued a speeding ticket for driving 119 mph (192 kph) in a 65 mph (105 kph) zone in upstate New York. The Daily News reports the former Westchester County district attorney was stopped by a trooper on Sunday afternoon in Tioga County. A state police spokesman says he doesn't know what type of car Pirro was driving or whether she had any passengers. Pirro says in a statement through Fox News Channel she had been driving for hours to visit her ailing mother and didn't realize how fast she was going. She says she will "pay the consequences." The ticket is returnable Jan. 8.

Stock 455 ci engine?
“Oh I call BS on the trooper not knowing what kind of car she was driving unless it was a really high end luxury car.”
That was a police spokesman that said that, not the trooper.
NO!!! NOW SHE IS!!! I’M IN LOVE!!
Don’t know. Maybe a Koenigsegg?
Oh, Jeannie...you naughty girl! Kudos to the StateCop who had the chutzpah to ticket her!
“I had a 4cyl Chevy Monza. Going downhill, I was able to get it up to 84.”
In 1975 they put a 350 V8 in for California for those wanting more power but had to meet CA emissions and it was detuned to 125 hp!
Oh crap...didn’t know it was already posted.
Only a 400 ci
I think it was a 305 V8, not the 350. They were dogs not just in California. I knew a guy long time ago who drove one of those in the IMSA road racing series. It was the DeKon Monza and had a whole bunch more than 125 HP. I think he won the series for a year or two in that car.
No worse than Fast Eddie Rendell on the Pennsylvania turnpike from Philly to Harrisburg. Or New Jersey politicians on the Garden State Parkway.
No bigee. I just think some of the posts from yesterday are pretty hysterical, plus good pictures too...

She should have said she only planned on driving for 30 minutes.
119/.5 = 59.5 mph
I’m assuming a prius would do fine at that speed. My old Chrysler 300m did over 140 with nary a problem on I-94. 119 is not that fast. I hit at least 90 every single day on my commute in central KY. And that is on roads with a fair amount of twisties. (Scion FR-S)
On a nice straight interstate, the only thing that stops a modern car from doing 119 is a built in governor.
And I double clutched! LOL
Nice. Pirro would drive “The Judge” model GTO.
There was some politician, I think from South Dakota, that bragged about speeding around the state, and then killed someone in a crash.
Jean, you’ll drive me to drink’in if you don’t stop driving that hot rod Lincoln...
