Quite sure that's incorrect - plenty of Navy infiltration, plenty of CIA infiltration... In fact the likes of Hansen, Ames did the famous damage... But if it were true (you are quoting someone who claims to "know," evidently... Who else would it be? Housing and Urban Development? NOAA? "The whole thing should go" speaks volumes about what you know about the awesome array of essential "Embassy" duties - essential to NATIONAL DEFENSE - dating back at least to King David and other enlightened conservative thinkers.
