Shatner did a good cover of that and it played to his strengths. Shatner is always entertaining.

His cover of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds is so bad it is EPIC, so much so that it pushes through to the other side to become pure entertainment. Here is a link to the audio:

Oh my, this is a hoot! William Shatner sure knows how to have fun at 86-years-old.

the second season of Better Late Than Never should be coming this spring. Can’t wait!

One of my favorites was Shatner doing a cover of the Pulp's Common People on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno back in 2004. He was paired with Joe Jackson, and it marked an early appearance by Ben Folds on the keyboard.

I remember that one Live and it was very good. Shatner also had another song on that Ben Folds produced album that was very good "Hasn't Happened Yet"

I’ve seen The Cramps several times. And I saw the DKs at Urgh! in Santa Monica but the sets were short.
