Swordmaker, if the universe is electric, what do you believe this means? How can/does it impact us. Of course, it is important to know truth.

Swordmaker, if the universe is electric, what do you believe this means? How can/does it impact us. Of course, it is important to know truth.

One, we can stop expending a lot of money on programs that won't bear fruit chasing the granitic cosmology of the Universe.

Two, if the Universe is electric, then there is abundant energy flowing through it we should be able to tap into for our own uses.

Three, there is abundant evidence that many phenomena such as tornados, hurricanes, and perhaps even earthquakes, we once thought were somewhat random and difficult to predict, are actually electrical in nature and if that is the case there should be electrical models that would help predict their occurrences.

Four, It is beginning to look as if gravity, mass, and inertia are functions of the electrical charge an object has in relation to other objects have in the vicinity. . . and that our old understanding of Newtonian gravity may only really apply with objects of close to similar charges. This would start to explain the fact that object in galaxies all orbit at the same orbital velocity around the galactic center from about ⅓ of the way from the center completely contrary to Newtonian Laws. This may lead to anti-gravity, levitation, and even reactionless propulsion systems.

Five, anytime we have an understanding of the underlying physics of the Universe, we can apply them to the way things work. In this instance, the electric/plasma phenomena are scalable from the microcosmic in the laboratory to the macrocosmic in the galactic sizes. For the first time, if the Electric Universe theory is correct, we can bring Galactic Cosmology observations and hypotheses into the laboratory and test them. I.E., we can attempt to falsify our hypothesis, where before, with the Gravitic cosmology, we could not. We had to accept the pronouncements of the orthodox cosmologists as being handed down from on high as revealed truths, with no way to test them. But because Electrical/Plasma phenomena are completely scalable (you just add more voltage) testing is eminently feasible. So far, every surprising to Gravity Cosmologist observation in space, has already been seen by Electrical/Plasma scientists in the plasma lab.

Six, it follows then that the micro-phenomena seen in the lab should also be reproducible in the macro-phenomena, especially when you understand that electromagnetic force is 39 orders of magnitude STRONGER than gravity and also infinite in reach.

Incidentally, we have seen electron charge interaction that somehow defy Einstein's speed limits that nothing can go faster than light.
