I think you have this a little bit backwards.
Those things are not OK if the woman is not interested in the man. It has nothing to do with whether or not the man is attracted to the woman. It never does.
Therefore an ugly Harvey Weinstein, who has the power to give his targeted woman what she wants, can do or say these things with impunity - a handsome Justin Timberlake or Ben Affleck can do or say these things and get a tremendously positive response...whereas Dave from the accounting department will incur a sexual harrassment complaint for saying "Good morning." :)
It's not an even playing field, so it's best for the average (powerless) man to remember he isn't free to say much of anything in Corporate America. Stick to work and adopt the "Mike Pence Policies." Women will come to him if they are interested - if none do, he is doing something wrong.
