I think the KEY thing the man-hater who wrote that is missing is... “intention”
Many of those things she listed are perfectly ok, IF you have no intention of trying to pick them up, have sex with them, ect.
THAT is what makes it creepy.
The second your INTENTION changes, how those actions are received changes.
