You know, I read that book when I was SEVENTEEN and to my young, Christian eyes, it had NOTHING to do with abortion, whatsoever!
I saw it as a battle of Good v. Evil, and rooted for the main character to WIN!
These WARPED baby killers have to twist EVERYTHING to fit their WARPED view of Life and Death, Good v. Evil.
How I loathe them.
I read that book when it came out and I didn’t see it as being about abortion, either-it was good versus evil and a sigh of relief when you knew Offred was rescued and taken to a safe place.
