First Degree murder of a police officer,fireman or EMT should be a Federal DP offense.

My sympathies to the family and associates of the officer who was killed. That said, I was surprised at how overweight he looked in recent photos. Is there no longer any weight requirement for most new officers? I ask this as someone who myself is overweight, so I recognize it in others.
