I've been thinking about what the root cause. It's a whole lot of narcissistic black racist thugs who think the only thing that matters is what they think and do.

Problem solving involves identifying the problem, then solving that problem What's the solution? Don't draft ANYONE who has a drug or criminal conviction in their past. And once they're in the NFL, a no-strike policy would be excellent. Get convicted of a crime or of drug use, and they're GONE. No second chances.

The salary cap is based on total league revenues. As revenue decreases, the salary cap decreases. Let's see what the players have to say when their income goes down.

Pro football is a game played by, mainly, men of low character. Baseball and hockey would not put up with this many head cases, count on it.
