Every security guard in the state of Nevada has to register as an armed or unarmed guard with the state’s Private Investigator’s Licensing Board (PILB). This entity’s records are publicly searchable at: nevadapilb.glsuite.us.
There’s no Jesus Campos licensed with the PILB.
Earlier this week we found out that Campos was shot before the shooter started firing on the crowd below at the music festival in Las Vegas. Before this revelation we were told that the security guard, Jesus Campos, stopped the killer from murdering more people when he approached the killer’s room in Vegas.
Now we find out that the security guard is not even a registered security guard in Nevada!

Is it possible that Jesus Campos’ official job title wasn’t “security guard”? Since he was unarmed, the hotel might have chose to call him a “safety officer”, or something like that.

Yes, this is clearly the main issue here. Had he been registered with the cartel, it would have changed everything.

Why would someone need a PI license to be a security guard?
My guess is that he is/was not employed as a Security Guard but this was a n assumption. Likely to be maintenance.

Still, I’m wondering if security guard is a Campos family calling.
Or maybe an uncle is a union boss.
I tend to think this theory is correct. We have "courtesy officers" in our building.
