To hear the press tell it, President Trump is making unreasonable demands by asking for a deal to allow the illegal immigrants known as DREAMERS to stay in the U.S. In fact, he's making tradeoff demands so outrageous that no Democrat could possibly say yes to them. His real aim in asking for tradeoffs, must be to scupper the deal. Get a load of these headlines:

Last week was the last time for Dreamers to renew their status...many didn't.
Apparently they had 70 principles. The Dems should know they’re not the majority but they want to “deal”...ask them which 10 things from the list of 70 they’d be willing to accept. Answer, probably none. Trump should point that out and force the media to ask them if he’s wrong

I have a dream not to have to foot the bill for everyone in my country illegally.
For democrats, anything less than full amnesty is unreasonable.
I wonder how many of the non-renewing so-called dreamers have some kind of criminal record which would make them immediately deportable.
In fact, it’s the Democrats and their liberal Republican allies who are being unreasonable, in that they are attempting to hold border security hostage by demanding the legalization of “Dreamer” illegals before they budge on border enforcement.
Democrat politicians are all narcissists. Their idea of compromise is doing everything exactly the way they want it to be.
