There has been no new news for days about the mass shooting in Vegas. It feels like the case has already gone cold. Do you think law enforcement is keeping big news from us? I find it amazing that there is virtually no news on this story anymore.
So the case ends with the dead shooter?
That’s very short sighted of you. You have no knowledge what-so-ever of how investigations work.
“Too many technicians dealing with scientific facts.”
Too many compartmentalized technicians dealing with data.
It will be another event spun, politicied, and buried.
Nothing has changed within the three-letter agencies.
REally? Don’t think if there was an accomplice he’s already trying to hide/escape? Or, do you really think he’s hanging around just because?
He got a degree in business administration in 1977 at Cal State Northridge.
When dealing with this type of suspect and serious terrorist types, it’s best to bypass the door and go right through the wall. Less surprises.
” It was a long time before he was caught.”
That point argues for great transparency of knowledge/evidence on the part of the FBI and other LEOs.
Ted was finally ID’d and turned in by his brother.
> Older man with no life and nothing for him <
The exact kind of man who lives out his life in a +50-year old community with an Asian girlfriend.
he was totally free to shoot. I am baffled at the delay with lives at risk. No excuse — none.
So, how did Weasel Mueller’s 911 Anthrax investigation work out?
Sarc
“He was an enthusiastic Hillary supporter and member of the anti Trump resistance”.
Where have you heard that?
Good!!!!
I cant stand the cable media any more. All 1 subject. All speculation by many experts without full knowledge. It isnt news, its gossip.
No trust in deep state, after TWA 800....or PA take down of 911 highjacked plane.
Having significant amounts of Tannerite in his car supports the caution choice.
Plus he had stopped firing.
I don’t remember it always being this way.. this silence of the FBI. Maybe it just seems that way more so now, with technology moving every thought of everyone, across the internet at laser speed, 24/7.
Methinks that the standard professional investigative processes and the chronological pecking that must first methodically inspect, photograph, analyze, psychoanalyze, test, and confirm every jot and tittle of every piece of evidence collected, simply can not move at the pace of the information highway on the web.
I believe there is no way the actual investigative work load can match the pace of the public’s demands to know, chapter and verse, of their particular interest, or on our every speculations.
The public interest and even the speculation is justified and natural, but I don’t really see how the FBI or even local LE can possibly keep up with all the speculations and demands of a frantic public.
He may have conducted his internet research via free wifi at Starbucks, Panera Bread, etc. Laptop he used he probably destroyed and whose wifi he used has to be tracked down.
A lot of details have to be dealt with.
Conjecture. Yeah. Because the proof is exactly what he did.
If I’m heading out for dinner and I drive past several places I’ve eaten at before to my final target. You can bet my destination provides everything I’m looking for.
1) It can be collaborative.
2) They have to install a layer of systems think to be able to put together progress reports that are transparent and logical and include info from all levels of the current state of the investigation.
3)The FBIes apparently have put up LV billboards seeking info/leads.
Ding, Ding, Ding....we have a winner.
