Nearly 4 days later after the suspect committed one of the biggest mass murders in U.S. history and still no motive? That seems a bit odd considering everthing.
Even if the suspect was a mentally ill, he would still need some type of motive, whether real or perceived.
They've interviewed his girlfriend, his brother, associates, acquaintances, relatives, friends and nothing? No social media? No on-line presence? No smart phone information? Nothing political going on? And they've searched everything he owns including the vehicles. And you know they've gone through his medical records thoroughly.
We're told he was a gambler who spent lots of cash gambling and he had several homes and was a former government employee among other things. And I'm sure they've looked at every financial transaction he's ever had by now.
How could someone so angry, and or mentally ill, never have hinted or telegraphed their intentions or position to someone along the way? This took lots of planning, at least weeks, if not months or possibly more. Personally I think the girlfriend would have to know what going on with this guy, at least to some extent.
What are your thoughts regarding a motive?
He said there was no “suicide note.”
In the photo, was a small pink paper. Maybe a notepad or the minibar inventory?
I think your theory has some merit. The dirty work was done by others and made to look like Paddock.
Sheriff: Shooter put over 200 rounds through the door into the hallway
Steven Paddock was an arms dealer for the FBI. He has a pilot license and his planes are now being used by defense intelligence contractors. He had a huge safe and probably dealt out of Las Vegas, using his father’s criminal career and his rolling lifestyle to draw buyers in.
He had a deal with either drug dealers, ANTIFA, or ISIS/Muslims. The first is a no go because they’d want the trade to go down on their turf or neutral turf where they could scout before they went in to buy. ANTIFA are too stupid. That leaves Muslims or maybe some other unknown. He probably had SEVERAL clients, all of which were taped for FBI evidence. The FBI got too lax as he gambled, ate, and drank with them. Something went wrong his (maybe not the dealing) last night. He was shot, which alerted the hotel. The buyers then grabbed his guns and fired out at the show in order to cause chaos. They also shot the guard for the same reason, planted a suicide note and shot him through the head.
The cops came in and stopped in front of the hotel confused, then after caring for the guard, found exactly who they were looking for - the suicided crazy. He had no reason to kill himself. He had way too many guns for a rampage. He had two rooms, and receipts showing two guests.
Either this, or there were multiple shooters (maybe ANTIFA?) and he was their cover suicide, but again, no reason for him to take himself out. Unless he was recently diagnosed with cancer or something.
One room was at the side of building...
The other the front
“Can we doubt that had the targeted event been a gathering of tens of thousands of Hispanics or Muslims or gays that we would have been treated to endless speculation concerning the likely racism, Islamophobia, and homophobia, respectively, of the shooter?
There is nothing objectionable about speculating, as long as the speculation is reasonable, rendered plausible (if not true) by the known facts. Intellectually curious people speculate. Speculation is actually preferable to the incessant repetition of talking points with which Americans are relentlessly bombarded by the media whenever events like this occur.
That those in the media now refuse to speculate or, to put it more accurately, that they refuse to advance the most plausible of speculative theoriesthe shooter, like the 66 year-old James Hodgkinson, who was in his age cohort, was an anti-Republican, anti-Trump zealotis explained by the likely fact that he shared their animosity toward the same objects.
Ill show my hand now: While I may be proven wrong, Id bet dollars to donuts that Stephen Paddock was driven by the same homicidal hatred of all things to his right that animated Hodgkinson.
Paddock, I find it more credible than not, saw himself as a member of The Resistance.”
I suspect that Marilou Danley radicalized Stephen Paddock as she was radicalized by her former husband, Geary Danley. It seems as though Geary Danley is being left out of the equasion. He is a Hillary sympathizer and ultra far Left. Marilou was married to him for 25 years. I am sure that Geary’s radical leftist ideology rubbed off on her.
I believe Paddock did the shooting to punch Marilou’s ticket of approval. She was sent to the Philipines, the country of her birth, to protect her from the police as a result of his actions. The $100,000 he wired her was to insure she had financial security because he knew his assets would be locked up and unavailable to her. Being a pilot, I believe Paddock had an air escape plan if he could get out of he hotel and ride to the airport. Then he would fly to the Phillipines, pick up Marilou and go to a country that would never extradite them: Croatia, Kazakhstan, Dubai, Morocco, and Bhutan are suggestions.
How easy we have forgotten the San Bernadino shooter, Syed Farook. He married what you could describe was a Pakistani mail-order bride for ISIS. It has been said that the San Bernardino shooters wife, Tashfeen Malik, radicalized her husband.
This is called “connecting the dots.”
My thoughts: Either the ones investigating this are idiots or they are hiding something from us.
Or they want to be really, really, really, really,
REALLY,
really, really, really...really sure before they say anything.
No advantage to two windows unless there were multiple shooters.
That’s important!
This news conference is a farce...My gut feeling is they’re holding back...I could be wrong, but that’s what I’m getting.
Either they are holding back or they are incompetent. Four days is an eternity on something like this.
Internet blowing up with speculation that he almost said "arms dealer."
What about the missing gun being reported? Is it nothing?
“...Stephen Paddock bought a high-powered Ruger rifle just hours before arriving in Las Vegas, but the $600 weapon was NOT found among his 23-weapon arsenal of death...”
FBI guy at the “news conference”:
“We’re great.” “We’re terrific.” “We want the facts.” “Be patient.” “We’re great.” “We’re terrific.”
The only thing the FBI guy left out was “We’re not weasels.”
Let me set you straight...
So,
- he gets about 400 lbs of equipment up 30 floors in normal-looking luggage (it’s a convention city, so people often bring lots of baggage) using elevators (they’re a thing, you know) and porter trolleys (they’re a thing, you know) over several days (I could do the same unnoticed in an hour)
- he sets up a “concealed sniper’s nest” which isn’t much more than pointing guns out windows around heavy curtains
- (don’t know about the “disarms fire alarms” - why would he? smoke from 1000 rounds fired might set off the alarm and notify someone? like nobody noticed gunshots and people dying)
- he removed a heavy window by smashing it with a hammer (you’ve seen the pictures right?)
- then for 10 minutes _rained_ in firepower, no more accuracy needed than “hitting the broad side of a barn” (it’s 22,000 people in a stadium - c’mon, it’s not freaking hard to hit people from an elevate perch)
- he’s a hunter, so has the basic familiarity with guns needed to run a bump stock (c’mon, man, this isn’t freaking rocket surgery - you can figure it out yourself in about an hour)
- with the apparent motive (via his soon-deleted Facebook page) of suffering Trump Derangement Syndrome and perpetrated retribution on the most right-leaning Trump-supporting group he could find that wouldn’t fight back: a country music festival.
There. That wasn’t hard.
Well that press conference was a huge nothing burger.
How did they get through the glass?
I think he could have been a government Manchurian candidate. He likely worked for the CIA. He is too invisible. He reeks agent. Maybe USA, maybe even Russian, some government that wants our guns.
Please read my comments 94, 95 and 100, in this regard.

Short version (lots at the link): recent Islam convert. ISIS has never claimed one was theirs when it was not.
