No, but I do know that some very strange things began occurring in my house about seven years ago that I simply cannot explain.
A friend had me read some select bible passages aloud in my home, and another gave me a crucifix to put over the doorway.
The strange things abruptly ended.
It was a new house, too. Nobody had ever lived there before.
What Things ?!
.
Sounds like your spirits were pleased that you hung a dead “Jesus” over your door. They like to look at him dead.

We have a new house in town that was built where a couple years earlier was the worst fire the town had...four small kids and their grandmother died inside. It’s living room is right about where they were all found huddled together. Wonder sometimes if the new owner has had anything like that, or if they even know...
Maybe three years ago, after coming in from the garden, I heard a dog drinking out of the water bowl and then sighing like it was tired and laid down. Our dogs and cats were not inside at the time. I heard it again a few days later and again no dogs were inside. I think it was my bff husky who had died years before. She was the smarted dog ever and was always at my side.
Hubby swore he’d see a man and a woman ghost in our house. He thought the woman might have been my grandmother who was the previous owner. Hubby said the man’s name was Sam and that’s the name of the original owner. Hubby never knew anything about the original owners since the house passed through my family so it’s curious he’d say it was Sam.
Shortly after my grandmother died, I was about to look through her briefcase and started laughing. My laughter woke hubby and he asked what the heck was going on. I said I’d remembered something that happened with me when I was little while my grandmother’s sister was visiting. I then reached into the briefcase and turned over a face down envelope and saw the sister’s address. I pulled the letter out and... it was from my grandmother writing about the incident. I don’t know why the letter was back in her possession but I know Grandma wanted me to have a nice laugh.
When I was about 11, I saw a small ghost cross a path right in front of me. I wasn’t scared but stood still to watch it. It was a three foot tall blob of mist.
In college, I had a poltergeist.
Can be a ‘land issue’ like where I grew up. Nothing to do with the houses.....just where they may be built.
No. I read “The Entity” about Doris Bither...
Really spooky.
MY take on ghosts... read about King Saul and the witch of Endor, the prophet Samuel was awakened and King Saul freaked, the witch shat herself, when Samuel yelled in anger about being awakened.
Don’t go messing around with that stuff unless you want to see one.
I think the witch of Endor (being a fake) was just as surprised as King Saul was.
