Not sure.

But have had some extremely difficult happenings after people have died. Most happened with witnesses. I really didn’t believe in such things until they kept happening.

Had a recent event about three months ago. Again, related to a death.

I never tell people I know about them as getting laughed at isn’t my idea of a good time. But they happened.

I’m not into the occult and that type of thing. But there is
certainly something else out there.

I hope you take a look at this thread from a nursing web site. The largest of it’s kind with tons of interesting threads about nursing. But this thread is a place for nurses to relate unexplained stories related to ghosts that have happened in hospitals.

These are just average every day people from all over. The stories are not complicated but many of them really are fascinating and can not be explained.

There are 98 pages of stories here and growing. Appears to be a very common thing at hospitals.

It started with just a weird feeling. I know that sounds silly. But, I was in my den just reading emails, doing a bit of work and suddenly, out of nowhere, I had an incredibly overpowering sense of just... evil in the room with me. I hadn’t been reading anything creepy, hadn’t really watched much television, so I don’t know where it came from. It was so unsettling, I left the room and just went to bed. It was weeks before I even said anything to my wife. When I did, she said that perhaps it was my Mom, who had died about four years prior, a victim to cancer. I told her, if that is my Mom she sure is pissed at me about something! It was not a friendly presence in the slightest. My wife then kind of teased me about it. A couple of weeks went by and I was awakened by a noise. It was my dog, Jack (great dog!). He was out in the common area of the house, between the kitchen and the living room. He was crying and shivering like I had never seen before, and he was staring right into our master bedroom. I sat on the floor to calm him and got him back to the bedroom to lay down. He had never exhibited that behavior before. Then one night (early morning, actually) my young, three, going on four year old son was sitting up in the bed between us, and I could swear he was looking at something and gesturing. Nodding, shaking his head, like he was communicating with someone. The next morning I asked him, do you see anyone in the house other than me and mommy? he said, very matter-of-factly, “Yes. There are two of them. One is good and one is bad.” Then he ran off, leaving my wife and I with, no doubt, really stupid expressions on our faces. Some time passed, and one Sunday morning I was reading the paper. My wife came out, sat on the couch across from me with an odd look on her face. When I asked her what was up, she said, “I know your not crazy now.” She went on to tell me that she woke up to crying - my dog Jack, again. This time he was sitting at the foot of the bed, but this time staring out into the living room area. I told her she would have woken me, but she said she was too scared to even move. To make it worse, she said she heard two voices, sort of like stage whispers, and it sounded like they were arguing. Clearly, my wife was shaken by this. At the time, I was in my early fifties, and had never experienced anything like this before. Some other things happened, but these were the main things. I thought about getting some paranormal investigators, just because I was so curious, but my wife begged me not to, as she had heard that it has been known to make the activity worse. Anyway, I read the passages from the bible and then later my friend gave me the crucifix and it completely stopped. I don’t know how to explain it, and I don’t know if it was ghosts, or a haunting. All I know is I could not explain any of it.
