They don’t get it, and the coaches and owners don’t either. They’re overpaid entertainers whose job is to make us feel good about the experience they provide. It’s not about them and their unity or how they feel about each other or about educating us about their warped views or whatever.
You’re right. They are just another segment of the entertainment industry. Their opinions mean no more to me than Cher’s or Lena Dunhsm’s.
