As I have gotten older, exciting for me is far different.
The good thing is, as I get older, I am less inclined to give a crap if anyone likes or dislikes what I do. It is kind of liberating...:)
Very liberating. I think that is one of the best parts of getting older. Enjoying yourself more because we accept ourselves more. More confident in your own ideas and less likely to let yourself be manipulated.

At 75, I fully agree! Just don’t feel the need to conform. I let my beard and hair grow for months before I cut it all off and don’t give a damn what people in the stores, bank, etc. think when I walk in with a ball cap, jeans and a pull over shirt. ...I’m not anti-social; the workers at my Albertson’s all know me and we are friends. I’m just at a stage in my life where I wont take any crap from others and intervene when I see it happening to someone else.
