When dealing with the US Department of State they required AABB Accredited Relationship (DNA) Testing Facilities.

Here is a Lab listing:

I used the one out of San Antonio, easily done thru the mail. However, if you need it done officially, most like the requiring agency will have to take the DNA samples (which the Lab is fully prepared to support).
So when my daughter is old enough I am going to provide her the DNA results so that she can be clinically assured to 99.9999999999% who are her parents.
I had my dna tested by another company...they missed my heritage so completely it was amazing...I know my heritage going back a few generations and the country my mom, grandfather, great grandfather came from wasn’t even on the list. My dad’s family all came from England...they missed that completely, too
Her parents are the people who changed her diapers and kissed her boo boos.
The second link was disabled. I’m not as interested in finding out who my parents are or leaving a report for my kids as I am getting the whole nine yards of my ancestors like the ones done by the Smithsonian and Ancestry.comm etc,. Does the SA lab do that?
Or did I misread your post. Thanks for the response.
