With every week, life under the Trump administration becomes more unnerving. The administration is trying to “phase out” the 15,000 trans people in the military, Trump is basically threatening nuclear war with North Korea and Mueller is tapping a Grand Jury to look into the Russia connection.
We live in interesting times, and by interesting, I mean on the very verge of the second dark ages. Or, at least, some people believe that. Other people believe everything is fine, somehow.

15,000 trans, really? Like every other factoid the left comes up with it is just an imaginary number grabbed out of the air. Sort of like how the number of “homeless” grows every time a Republican is in office, or the number of starving children there are in America and so on. It is fake, and their compassion is fake.

It probably wouldn’t take that long at all to get her to get me a beer when I snap my fingers or convince her that I have a clothes phobia and that she should walk around naked in the house at all times.

I'm throwing the BS flag right there. Run the numbers, or in this case google the numbers. 1,281,900 active duty military. 15,000 people would represent a transgender rate of 1.17%. Yet the estimated rate of transgender people in the US is just 0.3%. Does anyone think the military with it's demands of rigid conformity and acceptance of other's authority and control over your lives attracts trans people at a rate roughly 4 times the general population? These people can't even accept who they are and lack the self discipline to conform to societal norms, and they're going to conform to military life? Ha!
If the author is making up numbers or blindly using others' unsubstantiated "facts" there's no reason to believe anything he/she says.

I’m fairly certain that if I told my husband it is time to divorce because he voted for Trump, he’d look at me like I went off the deep end. He might even point out that I also voted for Trump.
The author of this piece is obviously out-of-touch with reality. She might want to get out of her liberal New York City bubble and see how real people think. She could also benefit from studying a bit of history. Then, she might find out how Bill Clinton basically gave the Norks a green light to forge ahead with nuclear weapons development, and that the lunatic in charge there has been constantly belligerent—he started threatening to nuke us long before Trump was elected, and Trump is merely the first president to take the threat seriously. We’ll never know for sure, but Hillary might have ignored the threat (as did Obama), up to the point where the Norks actually nuke one of our cities.
Also, her complaint about Trump being a “pussy-grabber”—is she completely unaware of locker-room braggadocio? Has she never engaged in similar talk when it was just her and the girls? Is she really that naïve?

my husband and i both are conservative but do not agree on EVERYTHING. that being said, i can’t imagine living with a liberal on purpose.
