Even back in the eighties WW 2 was crammed in because we were so far behind on the rest of history class. But then according to the amount of time spent on it, the most important event in US history must have been the 1848 Seneca Falls convention on women's rights.

Sad they do not teach all of this, but then again maybe they do not teach all of this so the American people will not be proud of their country, and the people who made this country great.
