We have already discarded the Bill of Rights, and pretty much the rest of the Constitution as well. We pay lip service to the forms, but Government officials commonly do whatever they can get away with. "Laws are for little people".
And Noor will not be prosecuted for anything if the Muslim politicians and supporters in Minneapolis have their way. Sharia law endorses what Noor did.
By contrast, a White cop who shot an innocent Black woman under similar conditions would already have been fired and arrested. And the riots would have already started.
This is what has replaced rule-of-law today. There is no voting our way out of this.
Bad cops come from bad politicians.

My guess is that Noor will be charged and prosecuted and that case will be before a Minnesota state court and not a Sharia court.

It’s just been a week, and the fastest I’ve recall a cop being fired after a bad shoot was Michael Slager who was fired a little less than a week after a questionable shooting.
Give it time, the firing of Noor is not relevant, the investigation and likely prosecution are relevant.
I agree with you that he won’t be prosecuted for what he did.
