Like so many Muslims before him, it looks as if Mohamed Noor has opted to defend himself by blaming the victim.

That Noor’s lawyers would choose this scurrilous course of action is astounding, but not at all surprising.

I was given Ambien when I was in the hospital for my last heart attack.
I have insomnia anyway, and it’s very hard to sleep in the ICU, so they give out Ambien as a matter of course anyway it seems.
Didn’t do anything, still couldn’t sleep.
Now I will say that Morphine + Ambien made for some very interesting and strange vivid dreams, but I still don’t feel like a muslim cop should have shot me at the time.

I think he’s going for the “startled” defense, which is probably pretty close to what happened. She probably popped up at the driver’s window and scared the cops witless resulting in Noor capping her.

As much as I want this piece of apparently typical Muslim filth to swing from the highest possible yard arm before he is buried with pig entrails ... I want the case against him to be as solid as humanly possible. If that means he sweats for an extra week or so while the case is built against him, I do not like it but will deal with it.

Were they parked somewhere where they could not see anyone approaching the vehicle and why would they do that? If there was a call about a possible rape, they should expect a distraught woman running towards the car.

It might allow them to argue that that the victim didn't hurt as much.
Or, there's a possibility we'll see a report on research showing that ambien can suck lead out a gun.
Ambien gives you hellacious dreams. I wasn’t on it, but my girlfriend at the time suggested I take one of her pills. These dreams are vivid and frightening too.

It was a woman in her pajamas and she was sleepy! No wonder he shot her. She might have yawned at him.
