The woman a 57-year-old New Zealander was reportedly watching a plane take off from the notorious Princess Juliana Airport in St Maarten when she was knocked over by the thrust from one of its engines.

The 57-year-old tourist was knocked over in Sint Maarten and seriously injured, dying a short time later.
Several people were apparently holding on to the airport fence by the Princess Juliana International Airport.
Jet blasts can produce air movement of well over 100 mph at PARTIAL power, even at almost 200 feet away. Would you stand out in a tornado? These folks are crazy. A small rock blown at you at that speed can be deadly.
While we were witnessing this spectical of stupidity, some regular vacationers on the island were telling us that someone did get killed by a blown rock to the head.
LOL!
Wow. They ought to post that on a sign.
