I’m not sure how soy can full of female hormones.
However I do know that soy contains complex proteins and is a legume, the same plant family as peanuts. Soy and soy derivatives are added to many processed and packaged foods.
As an example, there are very few choices in canned tuna that do not contain soy. Soy is also used in the manufacture of non-food products.

The link above tells some of the concerns of Soy and how it effects hormones. And this link below shows tests that were done, check out the part listed #7, ‘Cons’.
It certainly is enough to make me reduce my Soy amounts.
