California’s New “Assault Weapons” Law Foiled By Gun Makers
Freedom Out Post ^ | June 22, 2017 | Mac Slavo

California’s draconian new gun laws will require residents of the Golden state to register their “assault weapons” with the state (which they will have to pay to do of course) by the end of the year. But thanks to capitalism and the free market, gun makers have already figured out workarounds.

Gun makers should NOT sell any guns in CA, including any and all law enforcement agencies....let em build their own.

More than half of the private guns sold in 2016 were sold in CA.

How many gun makers to you want unemployed?

I wonder if the DOJ can sue California to get some of this overturned? It would probably require going to the Supreme Court.

I think oil companies should abide by this too.

When Safeway sought to build a bigger store in Santa Rosa, CA they were attacked as “Taking from the neighborhood,” never mind they fed the neighborhood. They were forced/blackmailed to do all sorts of civic improvement to include constructing affordable housing. I think Safeway should have pulled every store from the city and let them see what food costs when competition flees. Most folks are too stupid to realize that there are no such things as business or corporate taxes, the end user pays all. All these requirements are certainly incorporated in the final cost of goods sold in these stores.

“...More than half of the private guns sold in 2016 were sold in CA....”

That’s somewhat amazing, given their vile hatred of the product and their crappy-azz draconian laws that they have against them.

California is ruled by the large population cities along the coast. Just because Sacramento is full of progressive idiots does not mean all Californians support them.

Sounds like CA needs to go the same route as the 9th District Circus and split up into about 3-4 different areas. Isolate the commies to their crap areas and let freedom-loving CA folk live in theirs.

You’d think that sooner or later Liberals would catch on to the fact that new gun laws only make people buy more guns (before the law goes into effect).

But it’s not like Democrats ever learn from their own mistakes. That’s so they can push for more gun laws.

The only area where COMPLYING WITH THE LAW is called a ‘workaround’.

California is the major communists State in America. This State is at it's end and before total collapse a civil war within the State will happen.

Los Angeles County, San Francisco and the coast are Liberal as h@#l, but most of the interior of California voted for Trump.

The biggest problem for me right now, is that they want to take your ID information when you buy ammo.

Once they have that, they have an idea what you own.

I don’t consider that information to be any of their business.

That is exactly why guns are being bought like crazy here. It is much harder for the government to take away a gun that you already have, than to prevent you from getting one you don't have. The good people are expecting things to only get worse and are getting prepared.

I didn’t realize that you are deaf, dumb and blind!

Only Texas has more guns percapita than California.
(But CA still has more guns total)

Yes, that is why we have “food ghettos” in high crime neighborhoods.
