There are two possible figures who have been linked to Banksy in the past, who the DJ could have been referring to.
The first is Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja.

Goldie told Scroobius Pip: "For something like graffiti, which has inspired the world with font or anything to do with anyone wearing a baseball cap and sneakers, at its centre it is still misunderstood.
"But give me a bubble letter and put it on a T-shirt and write Banksy on it and we're sorted We can sell it now.
"No disrespect to Rob, I think he is a brilliant artist. I think he has flipped the world of art over."

Don’t always find his sociopolitical views palatable, but Banksy is a talented artist.
I don’t understand the mentality behind making a hero of a guy who is basically a vandal.
Arrest him. Bloody vandal.
Are we supposed to know who any of these people are?
Back in the day, she was a major heartthrob to a lot of young men!
I don’t see what Banksy does that Basquiat or Haring didn’t do better. (Although I’m not a fan of them) In fact, Banksy seems like a ripoff of Basquiat’s SAMO personna.
Michelangelo was a vandal. He painted all over churches.
His were commissioned
Michelangelo was asked to, even forced to paint churches. Banksy, while incredibly talented, is painting where it isn’t necessarily wanted.
Who is Goldie?
And the guy looks like Iron Man's Robert Downey Jr. (with a withered looking SHIELD Nick Fury?
You can't be serious. Must be some kind of sequel.
He was hired. By the owner.
I as being facetious. Not that impressed by Banksy. Like I said, his works seems to be a ripoff of SAMO.(Baquiat)
The funny thing is Banksy is commissioned too. Or buildings try to preserve his paintings, because it increases the value. (But I think a Basquiat just broke the record for a painting sale)
Who is Goldie. And I think banksy is some sort of graffitoist.
They managed to corral him up on some scaffolding inside and figured thats where he would do the least damage.
