We have Silver Diner in the East, and they do a great Crabcake Benedict. It seems to have become one of those ‘off menu’ things you have to ask for.

Every purported “Hollandaise” I’ve seen since I got back in 2006 has resembled nothing so much as canned chicken gravy.

We have Silver Diner in the East, and they do a great Crabcake Benedict. It seems to have become one of those ‘off menu’ things you have to ask for. Used to like Silver Diner until they adopted the Moochelle Obama menu about 6-7 years ago. Haven't been there since that time.
