The challenge I posed was: "Put up or shut up time: can you name a team of national prominence other than this sad example where it was decided to do away with the team's official colors and change the color of the team's official playing jerseys to rainbow colors for the expressed purpose of supporting and showing solidarity with with faggots?"
When one finds their argument approaching the bottom of the hole most smart people stop digging.
Perhaps we can re-engage this conversation when you beloved Penguins change their official jerseys to rainbows for the purpose of celebrating faggotocracy.
Until then, thanks for playing
FReegards!
1. The title of the article indicates that few teams wear LGBT-pride uniforms, not that no teams wear them. It then cited a number of examples of teams of national prominence (in other countries) that did -- including the German national team in the 2014 Winter Olympics (is that not a team of national prominence?).
2. I'm not sure why the "national prominence" aspect of this even matters. The U.S. national women's soccer team isn't even a team of national prominence. If this story wasn't in the news, most people in this country wouldn't have a clue that the women's national soccer team was even playing games this month. I'm as big a sports fan as you'll find out there, and I couldn't even name two women who play for this team, how good the team is, or even when they are scheduled to play an international tournament of any kind.
3. I have no idea what my "beloved Penguins" means. I'm not a Penguins fan.
