Good stuff. Still got 1/3 of a bottle I think.
“Study says french fries may lead to higher risk of death”
I’m sure those Rainbow Fries McDonald’s have just started offering lead to higher risk of death. Demographics will show STDs will lead the way.
Different strokes. In the Philippines, they eat mayo with their hot dogs. Probably because they couldn’t get ketchup during WWII. They also improvised at that time, and invented banana ketchup. Sound awful, except there are about 500 varieties of banana, and only a few of them taste like the bananas we get in our grocery stores. Some of them aren’t sweet at all.
Mayonnaise and French ‘s mustard.
Separately of course.

The hidden upside: France will eventually de-populate itself.
“If you eat French fries, youll eventually die.”
Whoever came up with sweet potato fries should die. Yuk!
I eat them constantly, weigh 158, yes a little high on the LDL but it runs in the family and is under control. The girls at the fast food places know me and give me a large order when I ask for medium.
I was in Germany in the 60’s, and “accidentally” got mayo on my French fries, and I loved it.
I still have them that way, but not as often.
It’s way better than ketchup.
My daughter eats them with ranch dressing.
I can’t watch.
Damned, Detestable LIE!!!!
Worth the risk for occasional french fries.
“Just any FYI, its the Heinz Ketchup killing everyone.”
O see that on facebook all the time.
Never had a Facebook account and never will. I plead innocent to plagiarism but I guess can’t be president now.
I’ve had mayo on hot dogs in Chile. There is a pretty decent chain restaurant which focuses on hot dogs and myriad toppings including mayo - http://domino.cl
In Greece they put french fries in the gyros which I always thought was weird...
I know at least 2 people who died of alcoholism issues, who also happened to smoke. Their cause of death for both was smoking-related. Not to say that smoking is safe or a good habit, but I think there is a certain narrative to be fulfilled with lots of these “health” issues.
+1.
Depends what you cook them in. Animal fats, good. Vegetable fats - ie transfats that we were told were healthier, but are not - bad.
