.... and that Comey typed at least one of them on his laptop as soon as he got into his government car outside Trump Tower. Did I misread that? Maybe someone advised Comey of the several ways he was in trouble with the law. Was Comey’s prehearing written “opening statement” admitted into testimony in such a way as to make it under oath? Were his choices lying under oath or possible Arkanside?

He typed it in disappearing ink.

Opinions will differ on that. The inquisitors took it as part of the hearing record, but there was no dirrect affirmation by Comey, in any form, that he swore the statement was true.

Separately, reviewing the hearing transcript, Comey swore under oath:

LANKFORD: Let me -- let me walk through a couple things with you. Your notes were obviously exceptionally important, because they give a very rapid account of what you -- what you wrote down and what you perceived to happen in those different meetings.

Have you had the opportunity to be able to reference those notes when you were preparing the written statement that you put -- for us today?

COMEY: Yes, I -- yes. I think nearly all of my written recordings of my conversations -- had a chance to review them before filing my statement.

LANKFORD: Do you have a copy of any those notes, personally?

COMEY: I don't. I turned them over to Bob Mueller's investigators.

LANKFORD: The individual that you told about your memos, that then sent on to the New York Times -- do they have a copy of those memos, or were they told orally of those memos?

COMEY: Had a copy -- had a copy at the time.

Comey and Mueller are in cahoots.

No information is really gone by simply deleting. Comey lied about typing in his car if he didn’t use an FBI device or he was always prepared to lie by keeping a personal device in his car. The deputy he “dictated” to should be questioned under oath and his computer seized.

Who will he implicate next in memogate? Between his Hillary statements about emails, this crap, and telling about Lynch’s pressure I am surprised he is not in hiding. Apparently he is a pathological and mentally deranged liar— oh yeah he IS a democrat.

If Comey was so concerned, why didn’t he file an official FBI form FD-302 which is used for reporting Information That May Become Testimony.?

I believe that when you hit “delete” on an FBI laptop, the file isn’t really gone.

At least that’s what I heard.
