Destroying government property along with Obstruction of Justice charges pending, I’m sure.

I have seen it that way but there seems to be something sacred about documents. Dumb to me though they do have more consistent memory than I do.

-- Comey tells Mueller there is NO memo. ...--

Then Comey swears under oath to the whole world that Comey gave the memos to Mueller.

-- Proof that Mueller is part of the conspiracy! --

As recently as yesterday, maybe the day before, I was expressing that I was giving Mueller the benefit of the doubt. I've since changed my mind. The burden of demonstrating integrity lies with Mueller. I presume he is dishonest.

Part of that is based on pondering the fact that the Senate lauds Comey for his integrity. It also says Mueller has integrity. Now that I see how the senators define "integrity," I've been put on notice.

“Comey’s memo never existed before he was fired. It was an improvisation after the fact to manufacture evidence. This is the reason it does not exist on Comey’s computers at the FBI, or in any law enforcement custody for evidence, or even the DOJ. It only became necessary when they had to improvise a new narrative, but by then Comey had lost access to the FBI computers and his office”
Thus the reason for the sudden firing while Comey was not in his office. This is getting interesting.

Without a chain of custody these memos are bogus and are as phony as Dan Rathers letters on George Bush

Check some of the links in post 40. Rybicki is FBI Chief of Staff/Senior Counselor. Comey, Mccabe, Rybicki and Baker made a deliberate (they debated this) decision to not inform Sessions (of Comey's concern that Trump is interfering with an investigation), and the news reports are that the basis for this decision is that they do not trust Sessions.

Whose premeditation, though? Comey’s, or someone else’s? There’s no way Comey fginned up this cluster foxtrot all on his lonesome, for a number of reasons.

Done on a company computer on company time makes them company property doesnt it? That meeting with Trump was also company business.

Comey just keeps digging his hole deeper doesnt he?

If Comey is a true-believer, Trump-hating prog, I might see him acting on his lonesome. But if he could care less about politics, then either somebody’s holding Comey’s leash, or has him by his short hairs. If either of those last two , then even though Comey’s been fired, the person or persons directing him are still a threat.

Who is Jack Posobiec and who are his sources? (”I’m told...”) ???
Without details and concrete evidence, named sources this is just more rumor and innuendo.

Dictated to a deputy, bwaaaaah. You just can’t make this stuff up.There were never any memos and he dictated recollections of his encounter with Trump to his buddy at Columbia University. Time for Comey to suffer the Martha Stewart fate.

Comey is as cunning as the most depraved criminal.

He’s made sure the memos got a lot of press.

I’m betting good mony those “memos” are going to pop up in his 10 million book.

People always say that but for me when I say “to be perfectly frank/honest".....

I have a close acquaintance who says that or starts her sentence with "but honestly.....". I have learned that this immediately is a red flag that tells me that she is about to try to convince me of something that is NOT factual in basis....
