The favorite phrases of a director I worked for are “at the end of the day” and “it is what it is”. He loves to combine them into the super cliché: “at the end of the day it is what it is.”
It could be worse, “at the end of the day, the existential metrics are it is what it is”
I’ve heard that combo as well. If it were the start of the day would it NOT still be what it is?

“So”, I’ve been busy “dialoging” and having important “conversations” on the necessity to “shift the paradigm”, create more “holistic” responses and “synergistic partnerships” “in terms of” my “resource providers” such that “a “solutions-oriented” outcome can be shared with “key stakeholders”.
In Friday lingo - get sh*t squared away....like I do everyday....
