I don’t think these are “irritating” jargon. They are over-used, certainly, but the critics here will be hard pressed to come up with concise, precise equivalents that convey the idea just as well!

If another twit tells me that they are going to “reach out” instead of calling, texting or communicating...I am going to rip off their twitty head!
