This is IT...opening day for my daughter’s restaurant. They opened a few minutes ago at 11. Asking prayers for their success. Word of mouth has been great after the soft opening....keeping my fingers crossed. The day started with ominous thunder storms today. Going to order flowers to be delivered and going to noon mass to pray....then off to check it out. Thanks, all.

As a Piano teacher, I can provide an alternate meaning.
A “Keysmash” is the result of many attempts to execute a particularly difficult passage, usually by Chopin.
Sometimes it involve the piano bench.
The Minute Waltz in 30 seconds or less will often result in keysmash...............
YIKES!
The real name of the Minute Waltz is “Le Petit Chien”
As in:
“I’ll get you, my pretty.
And your little dog too!”
I hear it’s a bitch to play...............
It has hounded me for my entire career.
That’s a doggone shame...............
It’s listed as K9 in the Mozart catalogue.
(K stands for Köchel, who was the man who catalogued Mozart’s works.)
That’s a fine piece of doggerel.....................
