Well this is odd.
WSVN anchor Robbin Simmons tweeted out a video of red flashing lights from inside the White House at 8:30pm EST Sunday. (embedded video)
Breaking 911 reports: What appeared to be flashing red lights appeared from the second floor of the White House Sunday evening.
Livestream webcams showed the strange sight—the flashing stopped after about 20 minutes.
There was no official statement from the US Secret Service or The White House.
