Absolutely radiant
I was just thinking how the US and French first ladies have reversed roles in the last year. Last year the French had a gorgeous model of a first lady with a fantastic sense of style and poise while the US had a first lady who was unpolished, awkward and lacked any sense of style. Now we have a very refined and polished first lady and the French first lady seems to lack decorum and style.
Sounds wonderful. I went to a big, fat Greek wedding and that was an experience also. Great food, music and dancing. The ceremony was very interesting. Nothing in English, no interaction between bride and groom, only the Christ.
And we know all the libs are envious. After the Ape, we get this beautiful, classy woman.
And we know all the libs are envious. After the nasty Michelle, we get this beautiful, classy woman.
Haven’t read the thread but that coat is ugly-—if MO wore it, I have no doubt we would all mock and laugh.
This woman, Melania, is incredibly gorgeous, who is putting her in these unflattering dresses?!
I can live with it, it's colorful. The lovely sheath underneath is counteracting.
Fashion lives again. Tom Ford should have kept his trap shut. But there are no American couturiers anyway...
Well, easier being a *straight* guy...
Sir Elton John...
At least he didn’t dress up as a duck that time.
She is beautiful except for that day coat that looks like grandma’s quilt. Not pretty on her or anyone else for that matter.
New tie for the Pres. Yea !!
I’ve noticed that as well. Perhaps it’s simply not being here with all the ugliness about her family, her, and everything they do.
The loveliest photos I’ve seen of Melania are when she is spending time with children. She has an affinity for them. It’s not the usual lip-service we see from many women in public life. She truly loves little ones.
I think the jacket would be much nicer with something else underneath (different shape and different length.)
That being said, I understand why she wore the jacket, and why she wore the sleeveless sheath underneath of it.
And I doubt she paid $50k for the jacket.
Goodness! I’ve never seen that picture before.
Maybe not in Europe, but in Italy, yes.
She is just going to have to continue being public when in the White House so we can see her on a regular basis. Maybe Sarah H Sanders could give us a fashion news conference weekly.
