Hey, I saw the very first “teaser” episode in its original broadcast. I was in 7th grade. I was hooked from day one.
it was a sneak peek. I was so excited to see the show that I tuned in a week early on purpose and there it was - the now ubiquitus beginning of Star Trek. It’s hard to describe the feelings in a mid sixties kid in Jr. High seeing this BEFORE we had put a man on the moon.
